I also must solve problems with website's content every day. Word counter become my second daily tool for improving length of pages.

I wrote the long article how does the length of Home Page important:

Google wants informations. If you build Home Page only with images and several words, it is wrong.

Word counter

It was easy to create it in Javascript, it contains only several rows of code. I was inspired by one counter in Internet.com, I I wanted simplier page. You can find in Internet many word counters, but some of them are very advanced and very many of them are full of advertising banners. So I wanted only a simple tool for counting words with only one banner. I use it by myself, because I know what is it inside (how does it work).
